Sinonazální low-grade non-intestinální adenokarcinom
Sinonazální low-grade nonintestinální adenokarcinom je vzácnou a pro tuto oblast specifickou nádorovou jednotkou. Ze všech zde se vyskytujících adenokarcinomů představuje asi jen 13 %, zkušenosti s tímto tumorem jsou tak velmi omezené. V práci proto podáváme komplexní přehled jeho problematiky zahrnující klinické aspekty, prognózu, terapii, histogenezi, patomorfologii jakož i imunohistochemické a molekulární charakteristiky.

Overview
Sinonasal low-grade non-intestinal adenocarcinoma is a very rare histopathological entity that is relatively specific to this anatomical region. It accounts for approximately 13% of all sinonasal adenocarcinomas; consequently, familiarity with this tumor remains limited. This review surveys the clinical features, pathomorphology, molecular characteristics, histogenesis, as well as the therapy and prognosis of this neoplasm.
