Autoři poukazují na nepřesnosti psychiatrické diagnostiky a obtíže spojené s diagnostikováníma léčením netypických obtíží. V minulé části se věnovali problematice Münchhausenova syndromu,který je v klasifikaci MKN-10 zařazen. V této části se zaměřují na couvade syndrom,který nikde není konkrétně uveden a skrývá se tak, navzdory svýmvelmi specifickýmprojevům,někde v množině somatoformních poruch.

The authors aim their attention at inaccuracies of psychiatric classification system which causeproblems with the assessment of diagnose in cases of atypical psychiatric symptoms. In theprevious part of this article they summarized diagnostic features of Münchhausen syndrome,however this syndrome is included in diagnostic manual ICD-10. In this part they deal withthe symptoms and signs of couvade syndrome, the very specific clinical unit hidden in theunspecific aggregation of medically unexplained syndromes (MUS) or somatoform disorders.
