Immunosuppressive Drugs as a Possible Cause of Psychiatric Complications in Patients after Organ Transplantation
Možné psychiatrickékomplikace imunosupresivníléčby u transplantovanýchnemocných
Nezbytnou součástí léčebného režimu pacientů po transplantaci orgánu či tkáně jsou imunosupresivníléky. Vedle svého žádoucího účinku mají i řadu farmakologických účinků nežádoucích,mezi něž patří nejen přímé neurotoxické působení, ale také interakce s některými dalšímipreparáty v metabolismu zajišťovaném systémem CYP 450. V článku jsou probrány psychiatrickékomplikace po podání prednisonu, cyklosporinu a dalších imunosupresiv. Jsou uvedenyi nejnovější terapeutické možnosti.

Immunosuppressive drugs are mandatory in patients after organ or tissue transplantation.There are lot of benefits but also lot of shortcomings; immunosuppressant agents may beneurotoxic and there interaction with other drugs metabolized by CYP 450 may inducepsychopathological complications.The authors deal with psychiatric complication ofprednisone,ciclosporine and other immunosuppressive drugs. They also offer therapeutic possibilities inthese cases.
