Laboratornídiagnostika zarděnek
Účelem tohoto sdělení je informovat zainteresované pediatry, obvodní lékaře a laboratornípracovníky o nutnosti a způsobech laboratorního ověřování klinické diagnózy zarděnek. Uvedenyjsou laboratorní možnosti diagnostiky zarděnkové primoinfekce, reinfekce, kongenitálníhosyndromu a infekce plodu a možnosti zjištění zarděnkové imunity.

The objective of the paper is to inform interested paediatricians, general practitioners andlaboratory departments on the necessity and ways of laboratory tests of the clinical diagnosisof rubella. The authors mention the possibilities of laboratory diagnosis of primary rubellainfection, reinfection, congenital syndrome and infection of the foetus and possibilities ofassessment of rubella immunity.
