Notice on blood pressure control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Overview
Hypertension control among patients with type 2 diabetes represents one of the basic problems in the current clinical pharmacotherapy. Despite published the one whole issue number, conclusions are still changing. Recently results of the large intervention trial BPROAD from China were published. As the topic of blood pressure among diabetic patients is important for our clinical practice, this short review deals with the optimal blood pressure control in patients with type 2 diabetes, that is useful for the clinical practice.
