Stomatological Carein a Patient Taking Methadone under General Anaesthesia
Stomatologické ošetření v celkové anesteziiu pacienta v metadonovém programu
Autoři referují o rozsáhlé extrakci radixů u pacienta v substitučním metadonovém programuv celkové anestezii. Interakce metadonu s některými látkami vede k individuálnímu přístupua volbě látek během anestezie a v následné pooperační péči. Jde o prvé použití celkové anesteziepři substituci metadonem v České republice.

The authors describe extensive stomatological treatment in methadone substi-tuted patient under general anaesthesia. Interaction of methadone with some drugs is thereason for individualized care of anaesthetized patients including selection of drugs. It is thefirst case in the Czech Republic.
