Insular Flap in Maxillofacial Onco-surgery
Ostrůvkovitý lalok v maxilofaciálníonkochirurgii
Autoři referují o zkušenostech s využitím ostrůvkových kožních laloků k rekonstrukci defek-tů měkkých tkání v maxilofaciální onkochirurgii. Tuto jednoduchou metodu použili u dvaadva-ceti nemocných, léčených pro kožní a slizniční karcinomy ústní dutiny a obličeje. Optimálníchvýsledků dosáhli zejména u starších pacientů s dobře pohyblivou, vrásčitou kůží.
