Jsou uvedeny typy poškození kloubní chrupavky kolenního kloubu a indikace k operační léčbě. Dále jsou uvedeny typy možných operací s podrobným popisem metody mozaikové plastiky – osteochondral autograft transplantation.

Overview
Different types of joint cartilage defects of knee are reported and their surgical treatment indications are given. Types of possible surgical procedures are discussed with detailed description of technique called mosaicplasty – osteochondral autograft transplantation.
