Systemic Complications in Acute Yersiniosis
Systémové komplikace v průběhuakutní yersiniózy
Akutní průjmová onemocnění jsou v dětském věku častá. Převažují průjmy enterální, nekom-plikované. U některých nemocných však může být průběh onemocnění komplikovaný, s mož-ností orgánového poškození. Autoři tuto skutečnost dokládají na klinickém průběhu infekcevyvolané Yersinia enterocolitica.

Acute diarrhoea diseases are frequent in childhood. Enteral non-complicated diarrhoea predo-minates. In some patients however the course of the disease may be complicated and organdamage may be present. The authors demonstrate this fact on the clinical course of Yersiniaenterocolitica infection.
