Příspěvek k problematiceinterpretace zarděnkovýchsérologických nálezůu těhotných žen
Cílem předloženého příspěvku bylo na pěti kazuistikách ukázat problematiku interpretacezarděnkových sérologických nálezů u těhotných a upozornit na možné problémy (protrahovanátvorba IgM protilátek po primoinfekci, heterogenní IgM protilátková odpověď, zkřížené reakce, reinfekce očkovaných žen při prokázaných protilátkách v séru).Kromě uvedeného jsme chtěli zdůraznit důležitost dodržování základních požadavků při odběrua zaslání materiálů včetně klinicko-epidemiologické anamnézy.
