Determination of Selected Secondary Metabolites and Extractive Substances in Phila-delphus coronarius L.
STANOVENIE VYBRANÝCH SEKUNDÁRNYCHMETABOLITOV A EXTRAKTÍVNYCH LÁTOK VOPHILADELPHUS CORONARIUS PHILADELPHUS CORONARIUS L.
Práca sa zaoberá stanovením vybraných sekundárnych metabolitov v konároch a listoch pajazmínuvencového (Philadelphus coronarius L.). Kolorimetrickými metódami sme v listoch, resp. v konárochstanovili obsah flavonoidov (0,63 %, resp. 0,01 %), fenolových látok (3,25 %, resp. 0,70 %). Ďalej smestanovili obsah extraktívnych látok v etanolovom, vodnoetanolovom (85 % a 60 % etanole) a vodnomextrakte. Takýmto spôsobom sme zistili v listoch 9,56 %; 22,46 %; 24,93 % a 33,15 % a v konároch2,20 %; 6,04 %; 8,84 % a 10,39 % extraktívnych látok.

Overview
The paper deals with the determination of selected secondary metabolites in the branches and leavesof Philadelphus coronarius L. Colorimetric methods were employed to determine the content offlavonoids (0.63 % and 0.01 %, respectively) and phenolic substances (3.25 % and 0.70 %, respecti-vely) in leaves or branches. Also the content of extractive substances was determined in ethanolic,aqueous-ethanolic (85 % and 60 % ethanol), and aqueous extracts. This yielded 9.56 %, 22.46 %,24.93 %, and 33.15 % of extractive substances in leaves and 2.20 %, 6.04 %, 8.84 %, and 10.39 % ofextractive substances in branches.
Key words:
