Syndróm arteria spinalis anterior po operácii na brušnej aorte – kazuistika
Výskyt pooperačných neurologických komplikácií sa dáva často do súvislosti s použitou regionálnou technikou. Syndróm arteria spinalis anteriorje zriedkavou pooperačnou komplikáciou; výsledkombýva paréza pod úrovňou poškodenia, neskôr spasticita a strata citlivosti s možnou inkontinenciou.V našom prípade referujeme o prípade syndrómu a. spinalis anterior pri operácii na brušnej aorte u 58-ročnej pacientky s následným trvalýmneurologickým deficitom.
