OBLÍBENÉ OMYLY A CHYBY PŘI APLIKACI FYZIKÁLNÍ TERAPIE

Fyzikální terapie je významnou složkou léčby prakticky ve všech klinických oborech medicíny. Vzhledem k léta tradovaným omylům, absenci výuky na lékařských fakultách a jisté přezíravosti ze strany oficiální lékařské vědy dochází při předepisování i praktickém provádění k řadě chyb, které jednak vedou k selhání této terapie, jednak mohou mít za následek poškození pacienta. Cílem práce je upozornit na nejčastěji se vyskytující omyly, nikoliv zevrubné vysvětlení těchto omylů ani jejich úplný výčet. K vysvětlení uváděných tvrzení je třeba studium příslušné literatury, která je uvedena na konci této části.

Overview

Physical therapy is an important part of treatment in practically all clinical medical disciplines. Due to traditional errors of many years standing, absence of teaching at medical faculties and certain disparagement on the part of official medical science, during prescription and practical implementa -⁠ tion some errors are committed which lead to failure of this therapy and may damage the patient. The objective of the present work is to draw attention to the most frequent errors, and not a detailed explanation of these errors and their complete list. For explanation of these errors the appropriate literature must be studied which will be found at the end of this paper.
