Foniatrická léčba a metodika edukacehlasu u transsexualismu male to female
Na základě zkušeností se skupinou 16 případů transsexualismu male to female bylavypracována metodika foniatrické péče a edukace hlasu odpovídajícího nové vizáži pacientek.V průběhu edukace je kladen důraz na pečlivou léčbu chronických zánětlivých změn hrtanua prevenci následků hyperkinetické fonace. Cílem edukace je navození takové kvality hlasu, kteráneruší vnímání integrity pacientky.

Based on experience with 16 cases of male to female transsexualism the authorelaborated a method of phoniatric care and voice education matching the new appearance of thepatients. During education careful treatment of chronic inflammatory laryngeal changes andprevention of sequelae of hyperkinetic phonation are stressed. The objective of education isinduction of a vocal quality which does not interfere with perception of the patient’s integrity.
