Zkušenosti se systémem tryskovéventilace typu Carden
Nároky operatéra při direktní laryngoskopii na přehlednost a klid operačního pole řešíněkolik metod ventilační techniky užité anesteziologem. Každá metoda má své výhody a nevýhody.Systém tryskové ventilace typu Carden má pravděpodobně nejméně záporů nevýhodných jak prooperatéra či anesteziologa, tak pro pacienta; každá zvolená metoda je do jisté míry vždy kompromi-sem mezi požadavky operatéra a bezpečnou anestezií.

ENT surgeon needs good looking and no moving of operation field through the directlaryngoscopy. This problem is resulted by any methods of ventilation using by anesthesiologist.Everyone method has not without mistake, everyone method is compromise with needneses ofsurgeon and anesthesiologist possibility. System Carden has probably the lowest number of badchoices as soon as for surgeon or anesthesiologist or patient.
