Living Relative Donor for Liver Transplantation in Paediatric Recipient
Transplantace jater dítěte od živého příbuzenského dárce
Práce referuje o provedení první transplantace jater v České republice u dítěte použitím segmentu jater od příbuzného živého dárce – otce. Indikací bylo chronické jaterní selhání při biliární atrézii, kdy operace dle Kasaie umožnila dítěti překlenout první 2 roky života. Transplantaci jater byla provedena použitím II. a III. jaterního segmentu. Operace i pooperační průběh proběhl příznivě. V průběhu 20 měsíců po operaci se u dítěte výrazně zlepšil jeho nutriční stav a psychomotorický vývoj. Autoři zmiňují současný stav transplantace jater a její výsledky u dětí ve světě.
