Bolest paty
Bolesti paty jsou v naší populaci relativně častým klinickým symptomem. Úspěšná terapie vychází z etiologie obtíží. Nejčastějším zdrojem bolesti je mechanický podklad, a to jak na dorzální, tak plantární straně patní kosti. Terapie zahrnuje spektrum postupů od režimových opatření až po operační intervenci.

Overview
Heel pain is quite frequent clinical symptom in our population. Successful therapy derives from the problem aetiology. The most frequent source of pain is the mechanical basis, both on dorsal and plantar side of calcaneum. Therapy includes a variety of procedures, from routine measures to surgical intervention.
