Is advanced breast carcinoma a contraindication for reconstructive surgery?
Je pokročilý karcinom prsu kontraindikací rekonstrukce?
Autoři se ve svém příspěvku zamýšlí nad indikací k rekonstrukci prsu u pacientek s generalizací karcinomu prsu. Zdůrazňují individuální přístup k pacientkám s generalizací nádoru a zvažují zdravotní aspekty i psychologický a etický význam plánované rekonstrukce prsu.

In the article the authors deal with the indication for breast reconstruction in patients with breast cancer generalization. They emphasize the individual approach to patients with carcinoma generalization and they also evaluate the health aspects and ethical impact of the planned breast reconstruction.
