Ketoprofen v léčbě migrény bez aury

V článku autoři rozebrali výsledky prospektivní studie s léčbou ketoprofenu u 26 nemocnýchs migrenózními záchvaty bez aury.Nemocní byli vybráni z poradny pro bolesti hlavy.Léčba bylaaplikována na střední až silné záchvaty o frekvenci 1-3 měsíčně. V článku je přehlednýmzpůsobem rozebrán mechanismus účinku ketoprofenu u této klinické jednotky.

Overview

The authors have analyzed the results of a prospective study of treatment with ketoprofen in26 patients suffering attacks of migraine without aura. The patients were recruited froma headache advisory center. Therapy was applied against medium to severe attacks coming 1-3times a month. In the article there is analyzed synoptically the mechanism of action ofketoprofen in this clinical entity.
