Autor uvádí přehled současných možností endoprotetiky při řešení primárních osteolytickýchkostních nádorů, které se dotýkají zejména mladých lidí. Práce však dokladuje i možnosti řešeníkvalitního života u diseminovaných muskuloskeletálních tumorů.

The author presents a review of present-day possibilities which are offered by endoprotheticsin managing primary osteolytic bone tumors appearing namely in the younger age group.However, in the paper there has been documented a good-quality life in cases of disseminatedmusculoskeletal tumors.
