Fibráty versus fibráty
Cílem článku je podat přehled v současné době dostupných fibrátů a srovnat jejich výhody a nevýhody v monoterapii a při kombinované terapii se stativy. Autor se zaměřuje na mechanismus působení jednotlivých fibrátů, na jejich účinek na lipidové spektrum, jejich působení na cévní stěnu, nežádoucí účinky a další.

The objective of the paper is to give an overview of fibrates available at present and to compare their advantages and disadvantages in monotherapy and combined therapy with statins. The author focuses his attention on the mechanistu of action of different fibrates, on their action on the lipid spektrum, their action on the vascular wall, undesirable effects etc.
