Psychiatric Syndromes Observed after Damage of the Right Hemisphere
Psychiatrické syndromy pozorované při poškození pravé mozkové hemisféry
Autoři předkládají souhrn psychopatologických symptomů a syndromů, které se připisují poškození pravé mozkové hemisféry. Tyto syndromy se liší od projevů primárních psychických poruch. Jedná se o obludy týkající se místa, bludy týkající se osoby, o somatické a sexuální bludy. Na závěr jsou uvedeny i dva kulturně vázané syndromy: koro a dhat. Diskutuje se o diagnostickém významu těchto poruch.

The authors submit a summary of psychopathological symptoms and syndromes which are ascribed to damage of the right cerebral hemisphere. These syndromes differ from manifestations of primary mental disorders. They involve delusions pertaining to the place, persons, as well as somatic and sexual delusions. In the conclusion the authors mention also two culturally linked syndromes: koro and dhat. They discuss the significance of these disorders.
