Skabies - stále aktuální problém
Skabies patří mezi častá kožní onemocnění, v posledních letech nabývá na aktuálnosti. Vyvolává jej parazit - zákožka svrabová - Sarcoptes scabiei. Na projevech onemocnění se podílíi alergická reakce organismu na exkrementy zákožky, projevující se tvorbou drobných papulek,svěděním, často i vznikem urtikarie.Léčba onemocnění, která je indikována i u všech spolubydlících, spočívá v místní aplikacipřípravků obsahujících hexachlorocyklohexan (např. Jacutin lotio, gel), benzyl benzoát nebosíru. Neméně důležité je dodržování hygienických opatření.

Scabies is one of the frequent skin diseases which is becoming urgent in recent years:
i t is causedby a parasite - Sarcoptes scabiei. In the manifestations of the disease also the allergic reactionof the organism to excrement’s of the parasite participates, manifested by the formation of smallpapules, itching, frequently also the development of urticaria.Treatment of the disease which is indicated also in all people sharing the same home, involveslocal application of preparations containing hexachlorocyclohexane (e.g. Jacutin lotion, gel),benzyl benzoate or sulphur. Adherence to hygienic measures is equally important.
