Farmakoterapie a compliancev geriatrii

V přehledném článku jsou uvedeny některé demografické ukazatele stárnutí -⁠ střední délkaživota, index stáří, počet obyvatel nad 65 roků vyžadujících domácí nebo ústavní péči. Podrobnějije pak popsána problematika účelné farmakoterapie ve stáří s odlišnou farmakokinetikou,farmakodynamikou a možnostmi interakcí léčiv. Závěrem je pak vysvětlena nefarmakologická,farmakologická a sociální compliance a non compliance v geriatrii s uvedením stručné kazuis-tiky. Zmíněny jsou též zvláštnosti u chorob vyššího věku.

Overview

In the submitted review the author presents some demographic indicators of ageing -⁠ mean lifespan, age index, number of population above 65 years in need of domicile or institutional care.Subsequently he describes in more detail the problem of expedient pharmacotherapy in o ld agewith different pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and possible drug interactions. In theconclusion the author explains non-pharmacological, pharmacological and social complianceand non-compliance in geriatrics incl. a brief case-history. He mentions also specific featuresof diseases of old age.
