Hyperbarická oxygenoterapiev otorinolaryngologii
Autor uvádí krátký přehled o léčbě náhlé hluchoty, tinitu a poruch barofunkce u potápěčůpomocí hyperbarické oxygenoterapie. Podle údajů v literatuře lze hyperbarický kyslík s úspě-chem aplikovat zejména v těch případech, kde je konvenční léčba bez efektu.

The author presents a short review of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in idiopathic sudden deafness,accustic trauma, noise-induced hearing loss, tinnitus and barofunction disorders in divers.According to clinical data hyperbaric oxygen is recommended in those patients where conven-tional therapy is without effect.
