Gitelmanův syndrom - možnápříčina hypokalémie nejasnéhopůvodu
Byl popsán případ Gitelmanova syndromu u 29leté ženy. V této souvislosti jsou vysvětlenysoučasné názory na patogenezi tohoto syndromu a jeho vztah k Bartterovu syndromu.

A case of Gitelman™s syndrome in a woman 29 years old has been described. In this connectionthe characteristic features of this syndrome are given and the relation of Gitelman™s syndrometo Bartter™s syndrome is presented.
