Metafyzická psychiatrie
Autor se pokouší dokázat, že současná doba dramatických změn terapeutických vztahů mezilékařem a pacientem vyžaduje nový pohled na osobu člověka a fenomén nemoci. Nabízímetafyzický pohled na daný problém. V rámci tohoto pojetí je oceněn přínos biologické léčbya výzkumu, nicméně je kladen velký důraz také na komunikaci mezi lékařem a pacientem a naetický rámec diagnostických a terapeutických postupů.

The purpose of this article is to prove, that dramatical change of relations between physiciansand patients requires a new view on a question of human being and illness. The author proposesmetaphysical point of view on those problems. In this conception is appreciated biologicalresearch and therapy, but author stresses skills of communication with patients and a sensiti-vity to the ethical aspects of a given clinical situation.
