Helicobacter pylori v dětském věku
H. pylori infekce zásadně změnila diagnostiku a terapii onemocnění gastroduodenální oblasti u dětí i dospělýcha je trvalým zdrojem zájmu lékařské veřejnosti. Autoři shrnují současné poznatky a zaměřují se na epidemiologii,patogenetické mechanismy, klinické projevy, diagnostické metody, terapeutické možnosti a perspektivy v oblastiinfekce H. pylori v dětském věku.

H. pylori infection has changed dramatically the diagnosis and treatment of upper gastroduodenal disease inchildhood and adults. H. pylori continuous to generate considerable interest in the medical community. This reviewoutlines the recent scientific knowledge concerning H. pylori and focuses on epidemiology and transmission,pathogenesis, clinical outcomes, diagnostic tests, treatment and perspectives of H. pylori infection.
