Preventive Analgetic Pharmacotherapyin Dentoalveolar Operations – Yes or No?
Preventivní analgetická farmakoterapie přidentoalveolárních výkonech – ano či ne?
Klinická studie je zaměřena na problematiku pooperační analgezie v dentoalveolární chirurgii.Do sestavy bylo zařazeno 90 pacientů, u kterých byla provedena chirurgická extrakceretinovaných třetích dolních molárů. Na základě subjektivních údajů nemocných autoři hodnotilianalgetický účinek Aulinu a Algifenu a intenzitu subjektivních potíží kontrolní skupinypacientů, kterým nebyla po operaci podána žádná analgetika. Výsledky studie svědčí veprospěch Aulinu, který nejen účinně tlumil pooperační bolest, ale osvědčil se i v profylaxizánětlivých komplikací hojení extrakční rány.

The clinical study is focused on the problem of postoperative analgesia indentoalveolar surgery. The group comprises 90 patients where surgical extraction of impactedthird lower molarswas performed.Based on subjective data of the patients the authors evaluatethe analgetic effect of Aulin and Algifen and the intensity of subjective complaints of a controlgroup of patients who were not given any analgetics after operation. The results of the studyare in favour of Aulin which not only effectively suppressed postoperative pain but proved usefulalso as prophylaxis of inflammatory complications for healing of the extraction wound.
