Overview
The update of the 2019 ESC/EAS guidelines for the management of dyslipidemias, published in the summer of 2025, brings several significant changes and new recommendations. From the perspective of LDL-C-lowering therapy, new drugs and combinations for further LDL-C reduction were added based on new data and emphasized the need for early combination therapy in patients with ACS.
