Infertility in men with azoospermia and gravidity results

Overview
The objective of this study is to evaluate the results of microsurgical sperm aspiration and testicular sperm extraction in patients with azoospermia during nine years of cooperation of Urological Department and Center for Assisted Reproduction University Hospital Brno and its impact on the obtained gravidity. In total 70 surgical interventions were performed, which resulted in 17 cases of gravidity using own sperm, including two abortions, and eight patients without embryo transfer.
