Tietze’s Syndrome Versus Multiple Myeloma

Overview
There are described specific syndromes related to chest pain of musculoskeletal etiology and their differential diagnostics. In the article we submit case report of the patient diagnosed with Tietze’s syndrome. Who was after unsuccessful therapy was subsequently diagnosed with multiple myeloma with main localizations in the thoracic spine, sternum, ribs and right humerus.
