MODERNÍ ARTROSKOPICKÁ OPERATIVA RAMENNÍHO KLOUBU VLASTNÍ KLINICKÉ ZKUŠENOSTI
Autor podává ucelený současný názor na artroskopickou operativu ramenního kloubu a její významv moderní klinické medicíně. Podrobněji se proto zabývá detailní morfologií ramenního kloubu, popisuje základní vybavení k artroskopické operativě a prezentuje artroskopické operace v jednotlivýchsegmentech ramene.

Overview
A comprehensive present opinion on arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint and its importance inmodern clinical medicine is presented. Morphology of shoulder joint is given in more detail, basicequipment for arthroscopic operation is described and arthroscopic operations in individual segmentsof shoulder are described. Possibilities of arthroscopy to solve chronic posttraumatic instabilitiesof glenohumeral joint are given particular attention. Individual positive aspects of arthroscopyare evaluated. They include epsecially minimal invasiveness under the same effectiveness ascompared with classical open interventions.
