HODNOCENÍ NEMOCNÝCH PO CÉVNÍ MOZKOVÉPŘÍHODĚ TESTY SOBĚSTAČNOSTI NA LŮŽKOVÉMREHABILITAČNÍM PRACOVIŠTI
Testování stavu nemocných před a po terapii je nezbytnou součástí hodnocení efektivity terapiev léčebné rehabilitaci. Ve sledovaném souboru 127 nemocných po cévní mozkové příhodě (CMP)léčených v roce 1997 – 2001 na lůžkovém oddělení Rehabilitační kliniky Fakultní nemocnice HradecKrálové jsme testem Functional Independence Measure (FIM) měřili velikost změny disability poléčbě. Párový t-test prokázal statisticky významný rozdíl hodnot mezi vstupním a výstupním vyšetřením.Regresníanalýzou jsme zjistili, že velikost změny po léčbě souvisís počátečníhodnotou skóreFIM. Testování velikosti disability nemocných prokazuje význam rehabilitační léčby v terapii nemocnýchpo CMP.

Overview
Testing the patient´s condition before and after therapy is an essential part of evaluation of theeffectiveness of therapy in remedial physiotherapy. In an investigated group of 127 patients aftera cerebrovascular attack (CVA) treated in 1997 – 2001 at the in-patient department of the RehabilitationClinic of the Faculty Hospital in Hradec Králové the authors assessed using the FunctionalIndependence Measure (FIM) the extent of altered disability after treatment.The paired t-test proveda highly significant difference between the baseline and final examination. Regression analysisrevealed that the extent of change after treatment is associated with the baseline value of the FIMscore. Testing the extent of disability of patients proves the importance of rehabilitation treatment ofpatients after CVA.
