Thoracolumbar Junction – Yes or No
THORAKOLUMBÁLNÍ PŘECHOD – ANO ČI NE
Je podán přehled klinické symptomatologie funkčních poruch thorakolumbálního přechodu a disku-tován pravděpodobný patofyziologický mechanismus vzniku těchto příznaků. Porucha se projevujesubjektivně bolestmi v kříži, pseudoviscerálními bolestmi a bolestmi v oblasti velkého trochanteru, imitujícími koxalgii. Mimo to dochází často k bolestivým blokádám dolní krční páteře. Nerozpoznánípravé etiologie vede k terapeutickému neúspěchu.
