The effect of cigarette smoking on clinical results of assisted reproduction: a meta-analysis.

Overview
Actual meta‑analysis of 21 studies concerned about clinical outcomes of assisted reproduction included also 4 publications from the Czech Republic. The evidence for significant negative effect of cigarette smoking on treatment of infertility is clearly demonstrated. These informations should be presented to infertility partners for their motivation to stop smoke and increase the success rates.
