Idiopatické střevní záněty – profil chirurgicky řešených nemocných
Autoři zpracovávají chirurgickou problematiku základních nespecifických střevních zánětů – morbus Crohn a ulcerózní kolitis. Retrospektivní pětiletá analýza postihuje jak akutní, tak elektivní operativu idiopatických střevních zánětů, hlavní pozornost je zaměřena na typy operačních výkonů, rozdíly mezi akutními a elektivními operačními výkony, perioperační problematiku a výsledky.

Overview
On the basis of retrospective five years analysis the authors process the problematic of idiopatic bowel disease – Morbus Crohn and ulcerative colitis. They pay main attention to surgical issue – types of operations, differences between acute and elective surgery, perioperative problems and results.
