Endoscopic Solution of Iatrogenic Lesion of Oesophagus
Endoskopické řešení iatrogenního poškození jícnu
Kazuistika pojednává o úspěšné léčbě iatrogenní perforace distálního jícnu s podkožním emfyzémem, pneumoperitoneem i pneumomediastinem. V terapii byly použity endoklipy a klasická konzervativní léčba. Pacient byl ošetřen 3 hodiny po vzniku poranění, nebyly zaznamenány časné ani pozdní komplikace spojené s perforací.

Overview
The case report dissertates upon successful treatment of iatrogenic perforation of distal oesophagus with subcutaneous emphysema,
pneumoperitoneum and pneumomediastinum. The endoclips and classic conservative treatment were used in therapy. The patient was treated 3 hours after the injury, no early or late complications related to perforation were noted.
