Overview
In this article, the authors present the case of a patient with otologic manifestation of Wegener’s granulomatosis, which occurred in the early stages of the disease to the emergence of facial nerve palsy. The complexity of diagnosis in this case is amplified atypical course and symptomatology. The authors point out the importance of early diagnosis of limited forms of Wegener’s garnulomatosis, affecting only ear and temporal bone, which may correct treatment to reduce the possibility of irreversible kidney damage.
