Tonzilotomie
Souhrn:
Autoři ve své práci prezentují zkušenosti s více než desetiletým souborem dětských pacientů, u kterých byla provedena tonzilotomie s adenotomií pro obstrukční syndrom. U zdravých hypertrofických tonzil upřednostňují provedení tonzilotomie před tonzilektomií pro jejich imunokompetentní funkci.

Overview
The authors described their experience with a more than ten-year group of children patients, who were underwent tonsillectomy with adenotomy for an obstruction problem. In healthy hypertrophic tonsils the authors prefer tonsillotomy to tonsillectomy for their immunocompetent function.
