Reconstruction of Nasal Defects after Removal of Malignant Tumor
Rekonštrukcia defektov nosa po resekcii pre zhubný nádor
Súhrn:
V článku sa opisujú spôsoby rekonštrukcie defektov vonkajšieho nosa a priľahlých tkanív po resekovanom zhubnom nádore. Cieľom je posúdiť najčastejšie používané rekonštrukčné metódy v závislosti od veľkosti a lokalizácie defektu. Výsledky sa hodnotia z hľadiska funkčného aj estetického. Na rekonštrukciu defektu kože sa používajú lokálne transpozičné a otočné laloky, prípadne voľný kožný transplantát. Na rekonštrukciu chýbajúcej časti nosového krídla sa používajú frontálne kožné laloky spolu so septálnymi lalokmi, na rekonštrukciu celého nosa paramediánny frontálny lalok podľa Millarda.

Summary:
Reconstruction methods of external nasal and surrounding tissue defects after removal of malignant tumor is discussed. Most frequent reconstructive procedures depending on site and size of the defect are presented. Results are evaluated on the bases of esthetic and functional criteria. Transposition and rotation local flaps, seldom free skin transplant are used on the reconstruction of nasal skin defects. Missing part of nasal ala can be replaced by frontal skin flaps in combination with septal flaps. Whole external nosa can be reconstructed by use of paramedian forehead flap after Millard.
