Možnosti registraceočníchpoh ybůa jejich využití v diagnostice poruchrovnováhy
Cílem předkládaného sdělení je podat stručný přehled o současných možnostechregistrace očníchpoh ybů při vyšetření poruchrov nováhy. V práci jsou popsány principy amožnostivyužití elektronystagmografie, videookulografie a elektromagnetickýchmetod . Jsou diskutoványvýhody a limitace jednotlivých metod.

The aim of the contribution is to present a brief survey of present possibilities torecord eye movements during the examination of balance disorders. The paper describes theprinciples of electronystagmography, videooculography and electromagnetic methods. Advantagesand limitations of individual methods are described.
