Chirurgická rehabilitácia lézie hornejvetvy tvárového nervu

Práca sa zaoberá problematikou rehabilitácie lézie hornej vetvy tvárového nervu.Prezentuje chirurgickú techniku -⁠ implantáciu zlatého závažia do horného viečka, ktorá sa použilau 12 pacientov. V práci sa zdôrazňuje význam okuloplastickej chirurgie, ktorá by sa mala postupnestať integrálnou súčasťou liečby paréz tvárového nervu.

Overview

The authors discuss the problem of rehabilitation of a lesion of the upper branch ofthe facial nerve. They describe the technique -⁠ implantation of a golden weight into the upper lid -which they used in 12 patients. They emphasize the importance of oculoplastic surgery whicheventually should become an integral part of contemporary treatment of facial nerve pareses.
