Využití hydroxyapatitovýchimplantátů ve středoušní chirurgii:sluchový zisk u ossikuloplastik (Část II.)

Parciální a totální keramické náhrady řetězu kůstek, včetně kovadlinko-třmínkovýchinterponátů, byly použity u 22 operovaných uší. V jednoletém odstupu od operační intervence bylve všech případech práh sluchu buď zachován, ve většině případech však zlepšen. Nejlepší výsledkydle očekávání byly dosaženy u poúrazového rozrušení řetězu kůstek a kongenitálních dyspláziířetězu kůstek. Jako slibné se ukázaly i výsledky ossikuloplastik s využitím keramických náhradtypu PORP a TORP u chronických středoušních zánětů.

Overview

Partial and total ceramic prostheses of the chain of ossicles incl. interponates of theincus and stapes were used in 22 operated ears. After a on-year interval following surgery in allinstances the auditory threshold was either preserved or in the majority it improved. The bestresults were achieved, as expected, in posttraumatic damage of the chain of ossicles and incongenital dysplasia of the chain of ossicles. The results of ossiculoplastic operations using ceramicprostheses type PORP and TORP in chronic otitis media proved also hopeful.
