Febrilní stav po návratu ze zahraničí –⁠ horečka dengue jako nemoc z povolání

Autorka popisuje případ onemocnění horečkou dengue, která byla ohlášena podle přílohy k nařízení vlády č. 290/1995 Sb.,kapitola V, položka 3 jako nemoc z povolání. Geolog-operátor (33 let) pracoval při geologickém průzkumu v oblasti deštnéhopralesa v Kamerunu; po návratu onemocněl horečkou dengue. V klinickém obraze dominovaly mírné hemoragické projevy –epistaxe, trombocytopenie a přechodná elevace aminotransferáz. Při symptomatické terapii došlo za 4 měsíce k normalizaci klinickéhoi laboratorního nálezu a postižený byl i subjektivně bez obtíží.

Overview

The author describes a case of dengue fever which was notified according to the appendix of regulation 290/1995 chapter V, item3 as occupational disease. A 33-year-old geologist-operator working during a geological survey in the region of pluvial forests inCameroon developed dengue fever after his return. In the clinical picture slight haemorrhagic manifestations dominated –⁠ epistaxis,thrombocytopenia and transient elevation of aminotransferases. Following symptomatic treatment after four months normalizationof the clinical and laboratory finding was achieved and the patient was subjectively free of complaints.
