Overview
The article presents the experience of a revision physician in revision of biological treatment of psoriasis with dermal as well as articular manifestations. Importance of this treatment for patients is pointed out. At the same time the article informs about professional problems with revision of controversial data in recommended procedures of Professional Societies and SPC (Summary of Product Characteristics). Moreover the importance of Center – specialized workplaces – for the treatment serious and expensive diseases is confirmed. The lack of legislation anchoring is referred to, since these depend only on contractual relation s with medical insurance companies. The survey of observed shortcomings in reporting is outlined.
