Sexual Asphyxias in Medical Praxis
Sexuální asfyxie v lékařské praxi
Autoři popisují tzv. sexuální oběšení. Z literárních historických údajů, vztahujících se k problematice sexuálníasfyxie, uvádějí případ českého muzikanta Kotzwary. Upozorňují na rozlišování typických a atypických autoerotickýchúmrtí. Shrnují charakteristický nález u oběšené osoby, který z kriminalistického a soudně-lékařského hlediskasvědčí pro náhodnou smrt při sexuální asfyxii.

The authors deal with so called sexual hanging. From literary historical dates concerning this problem they givea case of Czech musician named Kotzwarra. The typical autoerotic fatalities and atypical autoerotic fatalities arementioned. The article sums up basic characteristics during the investigation of the scene of a sexual hanging.
