Evidence of Helicobacter pylori in Saliva in Chronical AphtousStomatitis
Průkaz Helicobacter pylori ve slinách nemocnýchs recidivující aftózní stomatitidou
Východisko.
Helicobacter pylori se významně podílí v patogenezi onemocnění chronickou gastritidou, duodenálníhoa žaludečního vředu, karcinomu a lymfomu žaludku. Pozornost upoutávají i další onemocnění, napříkladkardiovaskulární, kožní, autoimunitní a jiné.Metody a výsledky. Doporučená léčba vedla k vymizení klinických projevů a k poklesu hodnot prokazovaného antigenuHelicobacter pylori.Závěry. Helicobacter pylori se pravděpodobně může podílet v některých případech v patogenezi onemocněnírecidivující aftózní stomatitidou.

Overview
Background.
Helicobacter pylori participates significantly on the pathogeny of chronic gastritis, duodenal andgastric ulcer, carcinoma and lymphoma of the stomach. There are some more diseases requiring attention – forexample cardiovascular, dermatologic, and autoimmune. Methods and Results. Helicobacter pylori was detected in saliva and faeces of 28 persons by the Premier platinumHpSA diagnostic set. Levels of IgA and IgG antibodies were determined by EIA and Western Blott methods.Parameters of salivary immunity were investigated as well. Levels of IgG, SIgA, IgM, lysozyme and albumin weredetermined. Recommended therapy of Helicobacter infection led to an evident clinical improvement and descentof the documented Heliobacter pylori antigen.
