Dyspepsia as the first symptom of Addison disease in a geriatric patient

Overview
The authors present the case of a 77 years old patient, who was hospitalized with dyspepsia and weight loss. They discuss one of the wide range of diseases, that can cause dyspepsia and mineral metabolism disorder –adrenocortical insufficiency. The authors also touch on the issue of malnutrition, that could have possibly participated at a sepsis caused by Eschericha coli.
