Overview
The Czech Alzheimer Society, o.p.s supports, develops and validates the quality of services provided to people with dementia through the Vážka® certification system on a long term basis. The term nutrition is not understood only as a nutrition standard and nutritional tables, but the whole process of food preparation, dining and multidisciplinary cooperation between all who are involved in caring process. The article is based on the recommendations of both foreign and Czech authors.
